Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is responsible for areas relating to day-to-day accounting activities. This position will be responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Accounting Manager assists Controller with supervising finance staff and is responsible for coordinating the team to ensure that work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, yearend audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. The Accounting Manager will have contact with senior-level Management which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.

• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Ensure timely reporting of GST/VAT and other taxes.
• Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of cash applications.
• Supports budget and forecasting activities.
• Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
• Responds to inquiries regarding financial results, special reporting requests, and the like.
• Work with the Controller to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
• Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
• Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.
• Other tasks and job-related duties as required by the manager.

Accounts Payable Coordinatior

The Accounts Payable Coordinator performs administrative and accounting tasks related to the processing of A/P transactions. Work includes, but is not limited to, the review and processing of invoices, preparation of vendor checks and statement reconciliation.

• Pay vendors and review all invoices for accuracy, and approve for payment
• Process A/P (accounts payable) including working with foreign entities
• Process check requests and issue stop payments
• Manage and log cash transactions properly
• Assist with month end closings
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Complete payments and control expenses by reviewing invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Match invoices to checks

Accounts Receivable Coordinator

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is primarily responsible for the day to day tasks associated with customer invoicing within the financial accounting system.

• Handles and process registration payments
• Processes credit card payments creating and processing an invoice and credit card receipt
• Tracks and invoices clients with master service agreements and bill specific to master service agreement terms
• Handles purchase orders for pre-payment
• Provides exceptional customer service to clients including confirming orders, providing support, handling cancellations and refunds

Director, Global Digital Marketing

The Director, Global Digital Marketing is responsible for driving performance across various online marketing programs – PPC, SEO, CSE, display, partnerships, marketplaces, social media digital venues. The role will entail developing online marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and traffic to www.learnquest.com resulting in sales and customer acquisition. This role is also accountable for researching and piloting new digital channels as the digital marketing landscape grows and changes. Ensuring that marketing is optimized with a full understanding of digital marketing and social media. Must be local to LearnQuest’s corporate office in Bala Cynwyd/Philadelphia, PA.

• Accountable for driving website traffic, sales, and profitability for respective online campaigns and activities
• Develop strategic goals and deliverables for all digital marketing channels and oversee the tracking and monitoring of the program performance; identify any issues, adjust strategies accordingly, and allocate resources to maximize performance
• Direct the development, management and implementation of online marketing strategies/tactics to meet sales and retention goals
• Budget, monitor, and control all costs associated with corporate-wide digital marketing programs, initiatives and pilot projects
• Track and report on campaign costs, performance and ROI throughout the demand generation lifecycle
• Analyze and interpret key metrics and recommend corrective action to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness
• Develop and manage Marketing Department budget; monitor and control all costs associated with company marketing programs and initiatives
• Creative execution of global and regional brand strategy, calendar and marketing activities including trade shows and conferences
• Direct marketing promotions (print, online, multimedia, signage)

Enterprise Account Executive - Sales

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling to c-level executives and managers within Fortune 500 companies, government and complex national/global accounts.

The Enterprise Account Executive will work with clients to establish a structured skills and development program for organizations and engage in various phases of the education sales cycle including identifying, qualifying and recommending education solutions for clients and business partners, closing the opportunity, and working with training support staff to ensure successful delivery of the education, as well as being responsible for post sales client satisfaction results.
This position will requires the individual to build long term partnerships and relationships with IT Management, Procurement, Human Resources and Learning and Development leaders at all levels of the enterprise.

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Learning Design & Development Sales Consultant

The Learning Design & Development (LD&D) Sales Consultant partners with the Enterprise Account Executives on custom learning opportunities. This role serves as the custom learning consultant during the entire sales process and also acts as the first point of contact from the Custom Learning team. The LD&D Sales Consultant shares responsibility with the Account Executives to grow revenue and sales. The LD&D Sales Consultant must have experience working with customers, understanding their technical challenges and business requirements, and proposing effective learning solutions, in partnership with the entire LDD team.

Additional comments:
This is primarily a sales and business development role with a focus on partnering with our clients to provide effective and well-structured learning solutions. The LD&D Sales Consultant will not be responsible for designing or developing the training solution, but they should be able to identify the client business problem, the client’s learning landscape, and effectively communicate that information to begin the solution design process.

Business Development Account Executive

The Business Development Account Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business opportunities. The BDE accomplishes this by prospecting, qualifying and scheduling appointments and/or conference calls regarding sales opportunities with new and existing clients.

Administration
• Execute all LearnQuest administrative and policy-related responsibilities (i.e. CRM)
• Ensure that every prospect is input into CRM and that their sales funnel report is always up to date

The Inside Sales Representative will manage, drive and market LearnQuest’s public enrollment schedule for IT training. Responsibilities include: Registering students in LearnQuest’s public class offerings; Translating incoming phone and email leads to booked business by enrolling students in the appropriate public classes; Assessing and understanding student’s training needs; Maintaining a full understanding of LearnQuest’s product and service offerings as well as ongoing marketing promotions; Following up on trade show leads and prospects; Maintaining appropriate documentation in CRM.
