Education Partner Channel Manager, North America

The Education Partner Channel Manager, North America prospects, develops and expands relationships with assigned channel partners and is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, partner recruitment, channel growth and retention objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Meet/Exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in North America.
• Develop and execute channel strategy considering financial goals, market trends and forecast.
• Work closely with the North American Sales team to meet annual goals, market share, GP and ROI.
• Proactively identifies, recruits and develops new partnerships.
• Proactively leads joint partner planning activities that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
• Proactively works collaboratively to assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Actively engages with key personnel at all partnership levels.
• Coordinate sales and channel activities with internal stakeholders including Education, Finance, Marketing, Finance, IT and Executive Management as needed.
• Work closely with marketing to develop, align and execute channel marketing and communications with overall sales strategies and tactics.
• Manage channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through compliance with channel rules of engagement.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, seminars, industry organizations, trade shows and events.
• Ensure compliance with partner agreements.
• Drive adoption of company programs among partner channels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Regional Account Executive

Responsibilities include business development and account management of high-end IT Training services to Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies via direct sales, sales presentations, and proposal generation. Build client relationships and promote private training classes, mentoring services and training outsourcing. Work with clients to help them better plan, develop and administer training to their employees. Geographic location is flexible as this is a remote/home office position.

The Contract Instructor will deliver quality technical training in high end technologies such as Java, J2EE/JEE, EJBs, Spring, and Eclipse based IDEs to LearnQuest's Fortune 1000 clients and government agencies. Responsibilities include assisting LearnQuest Account Executives and Education Department in a technical subject matter expert role; Reviewing technical curriculum to ensure quality; Developing and/or customizing outlines and technical roadmaps; Actively participating in curriculum development process as either an SME or Courseware Developer; Contributing to client conference calls and meetings to assist in identifying training needs and course customization requirements in order to establish a successful training path; Maintaining industry certifications and ongoing education in relevant, cutting edge technologies.

Deliver quality technical training in Microsoft technologies to include Implementing & Supporting Windows XP Professional and 2007, Windows Server 2008, Active Server Directory, Desktop Deployment & Migration, Networking, Infrastructure, SharePoint 2010 (Development and Administration)and appropriate MOC classes to LearnQuest's Fortune 1000 clients.
