Enterprise Account Executive - Sales

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling to c-level executives and managers within Fortune 500 companies, government and complex national/global accounts.

The Enterprise Account Executive will work with clients to establish a structured skills and development program for organizations and engage in various phases of the education sales cycle including identifying, qualifying and recommending education solutions for clients and business partners, closing the opportunity, and working with training support staff to ensure successful delivery of the education, as well as being responsible for post sales client satisfaction results.
This position will requires the individual to build long term partnerships and relationships with IT Management, Procurement, Human Resources and Learning and Development leaders at all levels of the enterprise.

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Uncover and acquire new business and build business within existing accounts
• Understand the customer and anticipate their buying needs and requirements
• Grow existing business into more meaningful relationships that drive significant revenue
• Identify and grow opportunities within your accounts and collaborate with local teams to ensure growth
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Deploy localized marketing strategies, with a goal to drive opportunity identification, brand awareness and lead conversions.

Account Executive, Mid Market Sales

The Account Executive, Mid Market Sales is responsible for selling inbound private onsite and virtual training within mid-market, Fortune 1,000 companies and government accounts and engaging in various phases of the education sales cycle, including identifying, qualifying and recommending education solutions, closing the opportunity, and working with training support staff to ensure successful delivery of the education, as well as being responsible for post sales client satisfaction results.

Business Development Account Executive

The Business Development Account Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business opportunities. The BDE accomplishes this by prospecting, qualifying and scheduling appointments and/or conference calls regarding sales opportunities with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities and Duties
• New business development
• Primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities via scheduling appointments and/or conference calls
• Generate appointments for introduction to LearnQuest services
• Secure Leads
• Identify needs
• Research solutions to client needs
• Schedule events (conference calls, meetings, etc.)
• Coordinate dialogue between the client and the Account Executive
• Follow-up with the client regarding post-training assessments on an informal basis
• Attend all appointments and make all necessary introductions
• Meet or exceed appointments per week (conference call or face to face)
• Stay abreast of all new products and technologies that LearnQuest offers or will offer

Administration
• Execute all LearnQuest administrative and policy-related responsibilities (i.e. CRM)
• Ensure that every prospect is input into CRM and that their sales funnel report is always up to date

Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will manage, drive and market LearnQuest’s public enrollment schedule for IT training. Responsibilities include: Registering students in LearnQuest’s public class offerings; Translating incoming phone and email leads to booked business by enrolling students in the appropriate public classes; Assessing and understanding student’s training needs; Maintaining a full understanding of LearnQuest’s product and service offerings as well as ongoing marketing promotions; Following up on trade show leads and prospects; Maintaining appropriate documentation in CRM.

The Contract Instructor will deliver quality technical training in high end technologies such as Java, J2EE/JEE, EJBs, Spring, and Eclipse based IDEs to LearnQuest's Fortune 1000 clients and government agencies. Responsibilities include assisting LearnQuest Account Executives and Education Department in a technical subject matter expert role; Reviewing technical curriculum to ensure quality; Developing and/or customizing outlines and technical roadmaps; Actively participating in curriculum development process as either an SME or Courseware Developer; Contributing to client conference calls and meetings to assist in identifying training needs and course customization requirements in order to establish a successful training path; Maintaining industry certifications and ongoing education in relevant, cutting edge technologies.
